Situated in Builth Wells, The Cedars Guesthouse is a small family run guesthouse with views of the Wye Valley. Built as a farmhouse in the early 18oo’s, our cosy B&B now boasts seven bedrooms, a restaurant, and a relaxing library bar.

When you stay with us you can spend your day relaxing in our cosy bedrooms, enjoying peace and quiet with a tea or coffee and homemade cookies! Or if you fancied a stroll around Builth Wells, you can leave your car in our free private carpark and take a short 2 minute walk into the historical town centre where you can browse our wonderfully unique shops, relax with a drink in one of the towns many pubs, or enjoy some food in one of the restaurants. Alternately, you could venture into Brecon Beacons National Park, see the stunning views of the Elan Valley, take in an event on the Royal Welsh Showground or simply relax and enjoy the countryside.

The Library Bar

The library bar and dining area is primarily used for small group bookings where bespoke menus are written for each individual party, all dietary needs are catered for and menus range from a simple one course meal to a full tasting menu with wine flight.

Located in the library bar is a handmade red cedar refectory table that sits up to eight people, and larger parties can be catered for in the restaurant.
